Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the pre-printed return label is securely attached to the exterior.
Schedule a Collection
Arrange a complimentary courier pickup at your convenience or drop off the parcel at a designated shipping partner location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received in our atelier, your return will undergo a quality check, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
